The Holly House Bed and Breakfast is close to the Eden Project and Heligan Gardens Holly House is a Victorian terraced townhouse on the Western edge of St. Austell.

We have two large, light airy en-suite rooms.One is a UK king bedroom with a comfortable seating area One room can be used as a twin or family room.

For breakfast enjoy your choice of English or Continental breakfast with natural yoghurt and homemade breads with Mother's tangy citrus preserves.

Easy walking distance to Town centre for evening meals, or a short drive to coastal or countryside pubs.

The Grange is a lovely Victorian family home which offers quality bed and breakfast accommodation near Lincoln with its Cathedral & Castle and Newark which is a bustling market town set around its medieval castle.

The house retains many period features and is tastefully decorated throughout with a variety of antiques.

The spacious guest lounge is tastefully decorated and has views overlooking the mature and well-maintained gardens which you are welcome to enjoy.

Set in mature gardens with a summer house and Victorian billiard room, the Grange's tranquil and relaxing atmosphere will enhance any stay whether for business or leisure.

The area is a paradise for antique hunters with International Antique Fairs held six times a year at both Newark and nearby Swinderby.

Beechlands Bed and Breakfast is an Edwardian house situated in the village of Sleights, just 3 miles from Whitby on the Yorkshire Coast.

We offer comfortable non-smoking rooms in our lovely B&B in Sleights, with complimentary hostess tray and colour TV. Our substantial breakfast includes fruit juice, various cereals, full English breakfast using fresh local products, plentiful tea or coffee and toast with a choice of preserves. We also offer a choice of dishes including vegetarian and vegan options. We have an attractive garden to sit in and easy parking

In the village there are 2 pubs, a café, Butcher, Baker, General Store, Post Office, Fish & Chip Restaurant, and a popular garden centre with a riverside café. There is a bus stop and train station 5 minutes walk from the house, where there are regular services to Whitby, York and Middlesbrough.

Beechlands B&B in Sleights is set on the edge of the North Yorkshire Moors National Park. See the miles of purple heather, walk along the stunning sea cliffs, visit beautiful beaches and the picturesque moorlands. With a beautiful National Park, there is plenty of wildlife, woodlands, streams, waterfalls, historic buildings and picturesque villages to discover. The North Yorkshire Moors Steam Railway covers 18 miles through the National Park and stops at the village of Sleights. It's a stunning place to visit with plenty of charm and character

Beechlands is a good base to visit some of the beautiful places in the area. Days can be spent visiting coastal towns and villages: Whitby, Scarborough, Sandsend, Runswick Bay, Staithes and Robin Hoods Bay.

Inland there are the North Yorkshire Moors to explore and many picturesque villages to visit. A few minutes drive from Beechlands is the popular village of Goathland, where you can sometimes watch them filming the TV series Heartbeat. There are many walks in the surrounding area, Other traditional villages to visit nearby are Thornton le Dale, Lockton, Levisham and Grosmont, Rosedale, Farndale and Hutton-le-Hole

With regular train and bus links from Whaley Bridge, Buxton is easily accessible. Blessed with stunning scenery, magnificent architecture, a wealth of shops, a thriving arts scene and its world-famous spa water, it has plenty to offer any visitor and is ideal for exploring the surrounding countryside of the Peak District National Park.

Guest House accommodation adjacent to the village church, dates back to the 1890's when it was a Coaching Inn known as the Ship Inn. It has been carefully refurbished and extended to offer 12 large airy bedrooms, guest lounge and restaurant, offering guests a licensed bar, homely lounge with colour TV, DVD facilities and traditional games.

Our licensed restaurant, Nightingales, with its extensive wine list, offers fresh home cooked breakfast and evening meals using locally grown produce wherever possible.

All rooms are complete with radiator, washbasin, fresh bedding + towels, hair drier, clock/radio, TV and tea/coffee making facilities.

All bedrooms are non-smoking and have a smoke sensor.

Washing, drying and ironing facilities available.

Evening meals available Mon-Thur, weekends by arrangement.
