Park House Guest House is a bed and breakfast in Warwick owned and operated since 1988 by former restaurateur Ata Chalayan. The house is a beautiful 19th century blue brick building near the centre of Warwick and within walking distance of Warwick Castle, museums, restaurants, parks, and the train station.

The Park House has eight en suite bedrooms and a large dining room. Each bedroom includes a color television, tea/coffee making facilities, and free wireless internet access.
