The stylish, light and airy Brooks Brasserie, with its own bar and outside patio area, provides a wide range of food, cooked on the premises by our team of chef`s using fresh, seasonal local produce. There`s something for everyone when selecting from either our A La Carte Menu, Table D`Hote, or on selected week-days and Sundays our famed Carvery Menu. From these we offer a wide variety of cuisine - bistro style, continental, oriental, meats from the grill, and traditional roasts. For more informal dining, the newly refurbished Brook`s Bar provides a more traditional Bar Food Menu, with daily specials to tempt you. Throughout the year we also arrange a number of special "Themed Dining Nights" to entertain our guests - recent events have included Thai & Malaysian Nights, Chinese New Year Celebrations, Italian Nights and Summer Bar-B-Ques cooked on our wishing well on the Patio. Christmas is also a special time at The Brook Hotel with a range of "Festive Fayre" and Party nights available throughout late November through December. We then round the year off in grand style at our annual New Year`s Eve Gala Night - an event not to be missed.
