Ideally situated in the heart of Llandudno, on a wide quiet avenue, it has all the advantages of being within a few minutes flat walk of the sea front and all the amenities the town has to offer.

This is accommodation with a difference. 

Spoil yourself, the ADCOTE SUITE is where you can indulge in the luxury of having your own sitting room. Furnished to a very high standard with a fridge to keep all your drinks chilled, a wine cooler and wine glasses for that special occasion and also a daily bowl of fresh fruit and bottled water. When its time to unwind a Freeview TV/DVD to watch at your leisure from very comfortable armchairs. For total relaxation there is also a Freeview TV in the bedroom. A large luxury shower room provides heated towel rail, "fluffy" bath sheets and dressing gowns.

The SNOWDON SUITE has a separate Sitting Room with armchairs and the CONWY STUDIO is very spacious with armchairs in its own Sitting Room Area. Again both rooms furnished to a high standard, with Fridge, Freeview TV/DVD.

For the discerning guest relaxing bed and breakfast accommodation is provided with all rooms being En-Suite and decorated to the highest of standards having Freeview TV, Beverage Tray, Hairdryer, Toiletries and Clock/Radio and access to rooms at all times. We also have Wireless Internet Broadband access available at no charge.

With the comfort of our guests being uppermost we only accommodte 12 guests at any one time. This enables us to give our attention to the smallest detail, thus ensuring you receive the individual service you require. For your added comfort Adcote House is totally non-smoking and children and pets are not catered for.
