Women number more than 95% of all customers of Network Industry

Obviously, in women dominant companies, women dominate top leadership yet in the 'unisex' networks, the leadership are dominated by men. Why is this?
The answer is simply that 98% of women must have credibility with the products BEFORE they can build a business. And because they focus on products first, many lose confidence and never get around to business building.
Men in comparison rarely need that product confidence and because many can fake business confidence, they go into massive action, produce results and go on to build teams quickly.
In the new Professional Age of Network Marketing, new Professional Development training builds the missing business confidence so now dramatically more women will succeed and go on to build successful teams.
My prediction that 75% of the top leaders produced in this industry over the coming years will be women. A 200% improvement! Its great that women will be empowered to achieve their full potential.
If you are a woman in Networking it is so important to realise that this initial product focus and subsequent loss of confidence are as normal as breathing. What's vital is that you understand this, adapt for it and help other women to build confidence. Confidence produces action.
